We are absolutely thrilled to announce that https://www.lowstandardsociety.com is now officially live and open for business! This platform has been a passion project in the making, designed to be the central hub for all our custom builds, unique modifications, and the occasional wrench-spinning adventure. We’re excited to share our journey with fellow enthusiasts and build a community around the art of automotive creation.
To kick things off, we’ve just published our inaugural project post, detailing the incredible beginning of the Barn Find GTI restoration. Our 1983 Golf Mk1 GTI, a true diamond in the rough, is getting a complete overhaul, and you can now follow the very first steps of its rebirth, from discovery to the meticulous rust repair and chassis transformation.
